Tadeusz Hawrot
Biography
Tadeusz is dedicated to advancing brain health and has over 15 years of experience collaborating with European Union institutions and the WHO. Currently, he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Psychedelic Access and Research European Alliance (PAREA).
Why Psychedelics?
He is particularly interested in how psychedelic-assisted care can support a more recovery-oriented model of mental health care by i) placing individuals at the centre of their recovery process and fostering personal agency, ii) addressing the root causes of distress, and iii) promoting long-term wellbeing and meaning. In recent years, Tadeusz has co-authored publications on brain health in journals such as The Lancet Neurology, The Lancet Global Health, and Nature Reviews Neurology.
